Inspections

Facility Care employs two area managers and one assistant manager. Each is responsible for quality audits in the evenings of all accounts on a random basis. If a problem is discovered with the cleaning or equipment, the manager fixes the problem, counsels the cleaner and reports the problem in writing to the home office. 

A follow up is done a few days earlier.

We would much rather our managers inform us of a problem before or instead of our valued clients.
